Bishop Scott

Bishop Scott is co-founder and owner/operator of Reedy Property Group. A native of Aiken, Bishop attended Clemson University where he earned a degree in Construction Science Management. After graduating in 2009, he began working as a project manager for JE Dunn Construction. He moved to Greenville in 2012 and shortly thereafter co-founded Reedy Property Management (RPM).

RPM was created to provide a turn-key management solution for 20 single family homes. What started as a single employee operation has grown into a company of 20+ employees who work in varied capacities to serve clients throughout Greenville and the surrounding Upstate. Today, Bishop oversees both the property management and construction divisions. His focus ensures that both divisions are working in unison to exceed all owner goals and expectations. He understands the importance of an owner/manager partnership, building Reedy with these core principles at the forefront.

Bishop and the entire Reedy Property Group team have extensive experience in property management through the Upstate with a focus in market management for value-add portfolios. They work with investors to develop commercial and residential real estate and manage that real estate for long term success. RPG offers management services for a range of property types, including single-family homes, multi-family properties, and commercial investments. RPG implements a turn-key approach to property management, where they facilitate and coordinate everything from unit/property up-fits to tenant placement. This approach assures that the RPG standard is set and met.

In his free time, Bishop enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
